Crisp and Light Waffles
These waffles are crisp on the outside and light inside, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

180 g self-raising flour

60 g tapioca flour

60 g corn flour

50 g sugar

3 eggs

160 ml milk

80 ml cold water

30 ml oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat the waffle maker according to manufacturer’s instructions.

In a large bowl, combine the self-raising flour, tapioca flour, corn flour, and sugar.

Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
